“Where should I start?”

“What is your return/refund policy?”

Since digital files cannot be un-sent, all workbook/worksheet sales are final. As for physical products, unless there is something wrong with the product, all sales are final, but can be un-done if the product has not yet shipped. Feel free to reach out if you have questions or concerns!

“How long does it take to receive my item?”

Digital items will be sent to your email immediately after purchase. That link will be live for 24 hours once you click it, so just be sure to save the file to your device!

Physical items will be shipped in 1-3 business days via USPS Ground and typically take 2-3 days to arrive. International packages typically take 1-3 weeks to arrive.

“What is the “Extras” site and why can’t I access it?”

The Extras site is a password protected site for all of my subscribers. Inside, there are several items that I have previously sent to my Pen Lover and Pen Lover Plus subscribers, available for purchase! Just imagine a site full of all of my favorite lettering supplies.
